Security policy

KYVL uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard any personal information you may enter while using our services. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your information is secured from your personal computer to the computer processing your request.

SSL is highly regarded to be a very safe encryption method, but we fully understand if you are not comfortable entering sensitive personal information into online forms. In that event, please feel free to contact a KYVL staff member via our toll-free number.

If you have trouble accessing certain services though KYVL, then you may be behind a firewall or using a proxy server that doesn't allow for secure transactions. If that is the case, you may want to visit the our troubleshooting page or the KYVL Help Center for detailed trouble-shooting information.
